Flat water Canal Sessions

We meet most Saturdays at Capel's Mill (near Waitrose in Stroud) where we have an access agreement.  In the winter we can access the River Frome from here for some basic white water training

Indoor & Outdoor Swimming Pool Sessions

We use the Stratford Park (nr Stroud) indoor pool once a month on Saturday evenings from September to May.  Saturday sessions run from 8pm until 9.30pm. and the cost is £12 for members. The following dates have been booked at Stratford Park Leisure Centre indoor pool:
